Using the Dodo App

You can use the Dodo App to update your MyDodo username and password or contact details associated to your services.

Update your MyDodo username or password

1. Sign in to the Dodo App.
2. Select Profile at the bottom of the screen.

3. Under Account settings, select Your MyDodo ID.

4. Select Update your username or Update your password.

5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.

Update your contact details

1. Sign in to the Dodo App.
2. Select Profile at the bottom of the screen.

3. Under Account settings, select Personal details.

4. Select the service you want to update.
5. Select Update your details. 

6. Select Edit (where available) and follow the on-screen prompts to save your changes.

How do I change or update my payment details?

To check your account balance, simply log in to the Dodo App.

The home screen displays all of your Dodo services, including any outstanding balance.

Select a service to view:

Your monthly plan cost

Any applicable discounts

Your next payment date

Any overdue amounts

If your account has an overdue balance, a payment link will be available to help you bring your account up to date.

3. Scroll down to Account Details & Billing.
4. Your Next Payment Date will be displayed.

1. Sign in to the Dodo App.
2. From the home screen, select the service you want to view.

3. Scroll to Account Details & Billing
4. Any active discounts will be displayed under Plan Details.

How do I contact Dodo?

To add an authorised person to your account, contact us using one of the following methods:

• Create a support request using the Dodo App using Get Help.
• Call 13 dodo (13 36 36).
• Contact us online through Chat.

When making your request, please provide the authorised person's

• Full name
• Date of birth
• Contact phone number
• Email address
• Residential address

Once your request has been received, we'll add the authorised person to your account.

Changing providers?

If you're considering switching to another provider, contact Customer Support to discuss your options and finalise your account.

Cancel a service

You can submit a cancellation request using the Dodo App.

Important

Cancelling your service may result in the loss of any phone numbers associated with the service, including mobile or home phone numbers. Once cancelled, these numbers may not be recoverable.
