As of 14 August 2026, Dodo no longer supports email services. Our legacy webmail platform has now been permanently closed.
Customers were advised of this change before the closure date and were provided with information and support to help them transition their email account to The Messaging Company.
The Dodo email service has been discontinued and is no longer available. Email accounts that were not transitioned to The Messaging Company have now permanently closed.
Before the service closed, customers were given advance notice of this change and had the opportunity to transition their email account to The Messaging Company to continue using their email address and retain their mailbox content.
