FetchTV

Dodo will no longer be managing Fetch services. Your Fetch account is being transitioned so that Fetch can  manage your service directly going forward.

You don’t need to do anything right now.

  • On 18 March 2026, your service, account and contact details will be securely transferred to Fetch.
  • Fetch will then contact you directly via email.
  • In that email, you’ll be asked to complete your service setup with Fetch, including agreeing to their T&Cs, confirming details and providing credit card payment information.
  • You’ll be able to keep your existing Fetch box, your subscriptions, content purchases, and any recordings on your Fetch Mighty.

You must respond to the fetch email and go through their standard sign up process to keep your service active.

You will need to Opt Out.

  • Click the Opt Out link in the email you received and complete the form.
  • If you opt out, your Fetch service will be disconnected on 18 March 2026.
  • After that date:
    • Your Fetch subscription and box will stop working.
    • Any purchased content or existing recordings will be removed.
  • Your Dodo internet service will not be affected.
  • The set top box is yours to keep. If you don’t want it, please dispose of it responsibly via e waste recycling.
