Important update about keeping your Dodo email
You would’ve received an email from us about this change. We’re making some updates to how we deliver our services, and as part of that, Dodo will no longer support your email service. The good news is you can keep your email account and everything in your mailbox by transitioning to The Messaging Company, a trusted Australian email provider we’ve partnered with who can continue supporting your account.
If you missed the sign-up deadline and your email account was suspended, you can reactivate it before 7 August 2026 (AEST) a $20 reactivation service fee may apply.
After 7 August 2026 your email address and any stored data cannot be recovered and will be deleted.
