You can arrange connection by calling our Contact Centre 13 dodo (13 36 36), our friendly sales staff will not only organise your gas or electricity connection they can also discuss your internet and telecommunication needs.
Please have the full address of your new premises, identification, such as your driver's licence number, and at least one contact phone number available. Make sure that you give us at least three business days notice to allow us time to organise your connection.
Best Offer Notification
We want to make sure our Dodo electricity and gas customers know they have the best deal with us.
How do we do that?
- We look at your previous energy usage. We confirm what your actual or estimated electricity or gas usage was over the past 12 months.
- We predict what your future energy usage will be. Using your previous usage, we predict what your electricity or gas usage will be going forward.
- We calculate if you can save money by switching to a different Dodo plan. We calculate how much you’ll be paying on your current plan, versus our other available plans.
- We tell you about it. If we have a better offer for you, or if you’re on the best offer available, we’ll let you know. We’ll do this for every electricity bill and at least every second gas bill.
It’s our way of making energy more affordable for you.
