Using MyDodo

Login to MyDodo and click the “Update account details” button in the quick links section, or, select Account from the top right of the screen.

From here you can update your MyDodo username and password.

You can also update your contact and address information for each of your dodo services.

  • To change your MyDodo login password, click the Change Password button, and follow the prompts.
  • To change your MyDodo username, click the Change Mydodo Username button, and follow the prompts.
  • To update the contact details of any of your Dodo services, select the service from the list and use the edit button to update your details.

How do I change or update my payment details?

To check your account balance, log in to MyDodo and navigate to the "My Services" section. Your current balance will be displayed within the service tile for each of your active services.

You can also view your monthly plan cost, any applicable discounts, and your next payment date.

If you have any overdue amounts, they will be clearly indicated along with a payment link for easy settlement.

If you have any active discounts, you can see them here. Click on “VIEW PLAN DETAILS” for a detailed view of your discounts.

How do I contact Dodo?

Simply login to MyDodo and raise a Support Request by clicking the “Support Request” quick link.

When sending the request, please ensure to include their full name, date of birth, contact number, contact email and full address.

Changing Providers?

If you are thinking of switching to another provider, we recommend that you contact us to finalise your account, and that you keep the service active to allow for a smooth transfer.

We may be able to offer you a plan more suited to your needs or look at any service issues that may have impacted your service.

If we’re unable to assist, we will guide you through the disconnection process.

 

Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your service outright, you can visit MyDodo and submit a cancellation request*.

*By proceeding with cancelling, you will lose any numbers associated with this service (e.g. mobile or home phone number) and they will not be able to be retrieved.

To do this login to MyDodo and follow the prompts below.

  1. Navigate to the top menu

  1. Select Cancel Service from the dropdown menu

  1. Select the address of the service you wish to cancel
  2. Then click the CANCEL SERVICE button on the service you wish to cancel.

  1. Fill in the form and click SUBMIT REQUEST*

We’ll then contact you within 2 business to confirm service cancellation.

 

If you are under any one the following special circumstances:

  • Acting on behalf of account holder
  • Notifying us of a deceased account holder
  • Require interpreter services
  • A disability or require additional support needs
