Yes, transferring your number to Dodo is quick and easy. Simply follow the instructions on your SIM pack when activating.

You will receive a confirmation email when your SIM is dispatched. It will arrive via Priority Post within 1-4 business days after dispatch. Please check Australia Post for accurate timeframes relevant to your location.

No, once you use your data allowance plus eligible banked data, your speed will slow to 256Kbps. Eligible plans can purchase add-on packs through their MyDodo account.
Data banking allows you to carry over unused data from the previous billing period to the current one. For example, if you were on the 45GB plan and only used 25GB for the month, the remaining 20GB would be banked and will be added to the next month’s data allowance. This means that you would have 65GB for the next month.
Our Dodo International call credit can be used to call any of our included destinations. We’ve kept it simple and charge per minute. Once you use all your credit you can either purchase more via your My Dodo account or wait until your balance resets in your next billing cycle.
