All our mobile plans are month to month and on a no lock in contract basis. We've kept it simple so all of our plans are BYO mobile phone.
All plans come with unlimited calls to landlines, mobiles, special numbers like 13/1300/1800 and voicemail, national and international text & MMS. Woah! All call & data inclusions are for use within Australia only & expire after each billing period. Dodo’s Acceptable Use Policy applies to all inclusions.
Your plan doesn’t cover everything. Premium calls and text, international calls and international video calls aren't included in your plan. You can find the fees for these extras here.
Our plans are powered by the 4G network. You’ll get the same great coverage & service. Check out the full coverage map here. Dodo acts as a reseller of Optus services. Our plans offer VoLTE and WiFi calling. Dodo is responsible in supplying these services to our customers and we have no other affiliation or relationship with our wholesalers outside of our wholesale agreements.
Ordering a SIM is free! Once you receive your SIM, just follow the instructions to get setup and we will process payment once your service is active and ready to use!
Your free SIM will be sent via priority post and will arrive between 1-4 business days. Please check Australia Post for accurate timeframes relevant to your location.
Transferring your number to Dodo is quick and easy, simply follow the instructions on your SIM pack when activating. The transfer is usually completed within 4 hours* of submitting your activation request. Keep your original SIM card in your handset.
Once your SIM stops working, just replace it with your Dodo SIM card and you're done! When transferring a number to Dodo please ensure that all relevant information is supplied to avoid any activation delays.
* Transfers from some networks can take up to 2 business days to complete.
Once you have used your data allowance plus eligible banked data your speed will slow to 1Mbps, however you won’t be charged any excess data fees! To learn more, see What is “Stay Connected” data? Below.
If you’re on an eligible Dodo mobile plan, you can purchase add on packs through your MyDodo account. Simply select your mobile service, then click the "BUY ADD ONS" button.
Every new Dodo mobile plan comes with “Stay Connected” data this means if you use up your monthly data allowance plus eligible banked data, your speed of internet connection will reduce.
This will allow you to do most of the things you would normally do including but not exclusively to surfing the web, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Spotify, Maps, and limited video streaming with speeds capped at 1Mbps.
Your full speeds will return at the beginning of the next billing cycle, alternatively grab one of our great value top ups through your myDodo account - $10 for 5GB.
Our Dodo International call credit can be used to call any of our included destinations. We’ve kept it simple and charge per minute, once you use all your credit you can either purchase more IDD credit via your My Dodo account or wait until your balance resets in your next billing cycle.
Yes, you can manage and change your plan once a month in your My Dodo account.
