Welcome to Dodo nbn®

Before you get started there are a couple of things you need to do:

Have you received your modem?

Modems are sent once your order is confirmed by our supplier, and you should receive it before your service is activated.

Has your nbn® service been activated?

Your nbn® service needs to be connected to the network and activated, we will send a confirmation SMS once we know your service is ready to go.

Choosing a location for your modem

If possible, your modem should be placed high-up, in a central location, clear of obstructions and away from other electrical devices that may cause interference.

Connecting your nbn® hardware

Use the setup guide that matches your dodo supplied modem below, and you’ll be up and running in no time.

*If you are unsure of your modem version, please check the manufacturers sticker, located at the back (HG-659) or the bottom (DN-8245) of the device.
