Logging into Webmail

Below is the login screen for Webmail. To login, simply enter the complete email address and password.

Checking Inbox Messages: 

Once logged into Webmail. You will then see the Webmail Home, from here click Inbox from the left hand side to view your messages, just as shown below. To view messages on other folders, simply select the folder of your choice, from the left hand side of the screen.

Deleting Messages:

Deleting a few messages 

To delete messages, simply do the following:

  1. Access the folder from which you are going to delete messages.

  2. Tick the box/boxes corresponding to the messages you wish to delete and click " Delete " from the top of your screen.

Deleting all Messages

  1. To delete all or many messages you may also click " More " from the options on the top of your screen, just as shown below:

  2. It will then give you a drop down menu, which gives you the option to use " Select All " to choose all messages in your inbox.

  3. You will then have a screen displaying all of the tick boxes for all messages fully checked. From here, click " Delete" .

Creating Folders

  1. Click the " + " Icon/Link on the bottom leftmost corner of your Webmail Screen, just as shown below:

  2. A new folder will appear on your left hand panel of mailboxes, here you can name your new folder.

  3. Simply enter your folder name then press " Enter " / " Return " on your keyboard and you will readily view your new folder, just as shown below:

Moving Messages to Folders

  1. Tick the boxes corresponding to the messages you wish to move.

  2. Then drag the messages to the left hand side mail folders panel and into the folder of your choice.

Increasing number of messages displayed on each mailbox page.

  1. Logon to them main screen of your webmail account, and from the top right options select " Settings ".

  2. On the Settings Page that will appear locate " Messages per page " and select the number of messages you wish to display per page.

  3. Once you have set the number of messages per page, click " Save Settings " from the top rightmost side of your screen.

Thread Limit Settings

  1. Logon to them main screen of your webmail account, and from the top right options select " Settings ".

  2. On the Settings Page, locate the " Thread Support " & " Thread Limit " section. Select Thread Support: ON .  Then indicate the thread Limit time Frame.

  3. Once done setting up your Thread Limit, click " Save Settings " from the top right most side of your screen.

Creating/Editing Your Email Signature

  1. Logon to the main screen of your webmail account, and from the top right options select " Settings ".

  2. Scroll down once you reach the Settings Page, then locate the Signature Editor which will display as follows:

  3. Below is a sample Signature. To edit the font settings simply click on the corresponding options on the top of the signature box.

  4. Once done editing your signature, simply click " Save Settings " on the top right hand side of the screen.

Editing Options

  1. The selected icons are for Bold, Italicize, & Underline .

  2. The selected icons are for Increasing and Decreasing  Font Size.

  3. The selected icon is for changing the text indentation of your signature.

  4. The selected icon is for changing the colour  of the text on your Signature.

  5. The selected icon is for inserting pictures  on your Signature.

  6. The selected icons are for inserting numbered or ordered lists  onto your Signature.

Creating Contacts

  1. Logon to them main screen of your webmail account, and from the top right options select " Contacts ".

  2. You will then be directed to the following screen:

  3. To add a new contact, click " New Contact " from the top left hand side option on your screen.

  4. From the screen shown, you can start providing your Contact's Details.

  5. Fill out all the necessary information for your contact, then once done, click " Save Contact " from the bottom left hand side of your screen.

Deleting Contacts

  1. Logon to them main screen of your webmail account, and from the top right options select " Contacts ".

  2. On the Main Contacts Page, tick the boxes corresponding to the Contacts that you wish to delete, just as shown below:

  3. Click the delete button on the top options panel of your screen.

Changing Default View

There are 2 ways to change the default view of your screens.

Method 1:

Logon to the main screen of your webmail account. From the top left hand side of your screen, right under the Sign Out option. Either click on the 2-Pane, or 3-Pane view Icons to change your view.

Method 2:

  1. Logon to them main screen of your webmail account, and then click " Settings " from the top left side options from your screen.

  2. From the settings page, look for the " Default View " and select your choice view type.

  3. Click " Save " to finish editing your Default View settings.

Changing Interface Language

  1. Logon to the main screen of your webmail account, and from the top right options select " Settings ".

  2. On the Email Settings Page, scroll down until you locate the " Interface Language " settings drop down menu.

  3. Select the Language of your choice.

  4. Click " Save " from the top right hand side of the screen.
