Bacolod City is not a place for swimming.
It has a port, where a few times a day ferryboats to other island are leaving.
But they change often the schedule times, thats why I cannot say the time when ferryboats are living.
Travvellers should ask 1 day before, than can make the resevation.
If you like to have a beach, you have to drive sure 1 hour far away by car.
Swimming is possible in one of the resorts, named Palmas del Mar, Santa Fe, Sanctury Nature Villages.
You must not stay over night in those resorts, the pool is open for everybody. Less Peso for entry is to pay.
