Bundesrepublik Deutschland/Lychen Adventure travel 1996
The first stop for the night was at a little horsefarm in Kreuzbruch. Unfortunately one of our horses had to stay there, because it suddenly started to walk lamely. Nevertheless we were still lucky, cause the owners of the horsefarm rent us one of their horses and kept our sick horse "Babsie" until we would return in about 5 days.
So we tested the new horse a bit to find out whether or not this would work out fine. But "Maria" was really a sweety and pretty well trained.
We spend the night in the hayloft so we didn't have to put up all our tents for just one night. Besides it was even more comfortable.
(By the way: It turned out later that the owners of the horsefarm didn't want to give us Babsie back. She did so well with their other horses and kept those horses calm that they tried to talk us into leaving Babsie there for the rest of her life. - Well, we left her there another week but then went back there by car and took her back to Gorinsee.)
