Participation

Participation is free of charge. Anyone who compiles a travelogue for a planned travel on dodo.com, till the 28th of August, can participate. Your travel should comply with the following criteria:

• The planned journey contains a exciting route, far away from the mass tourism, and gives an insight into the cultures and way of life of the countries.


• The grant winner reports regularly during the journey on dodo.com about his adventures.


• The reporting on dodo.com includes interesting information for the other members and demonstrates a value to the community.

Every applicant must write a comment on the dodo.com blog and link the travelogue of the planned journey and a short explanation of how he/she wants to report about on his/her journey and why his/her journey is so extraordinary.

Organizer and exclusion of employees

The organizer of the grant is:

Employees and staff associated with the organizer are excluded from participating in the grant.

Grant

The winner of the grant will receive a maximum of $7,500 USD. The grant is non-transferable and will not be payable in cash.

Notification

The winner of the grant will be announced on dodo.com on the 1st of September 2008.
