Introduction
Being that Austria is a nation with a long history of housing Habsburg royalty, the capital city still retains a certain air of formality, politeness and regality. Vienna is saturated with lavish architecture and museums full of gorgeous collections of cultural artifacts. Yet, underneath the pomp and circumstance is a vibrant city bubbling with youth and a great nightlife. The best times to visit are April-May and October-November since the weather is beautiful and the tourists are at home.
