One word that describes Spain very well is flair. It is the land of Dali, Flamenco Dancing and Tapas. Its capital city is Madrid with a population of about 3.2 million. Whether you want to relax on the stylish beaches of Barcelona, look at Dali and Picasso museums or party the night away, Spain will have something for you.

Spain's climate tends to be mostly continental the more inland you get and more Mediterranean towards the ocean. If you travel inland be prepared to encounter all four seasons during the year. The climate gets more mild as you head towards the Mediterranean Sea.
